3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule calls you request;

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, telephony and call-tracking, scheduling, CRM, analytics, and payment processing providers, who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us;

- Others with your consent or at your direction.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We may use third-party analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics), which collect information about your use of the Site under their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard, the Site does not currently respond to such signals, though we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.
6. Phone, Text, and Email Communications
If you provide your phone number, you agree that RingProX may contact you at that number by call or text message about your inquiry, scheduling, and our services, including by automated means where permitted by law and with any consent the law requires. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages related to your account or services.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as full Social Security numbers or health information, through our contact form or by email.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

- delete your information;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
